Our online Skip A Payment service (Skip A Payment FAQ) only works with eligible loans. If you are experiencing a hardship and need to skip a payment, please call us, email us, or come into one of our branches to request it.

Here is the information that you will need to bring with you:

  • Your last 30 days of paystubs
  • Your last bank statement (if banking outside of Dort Financial Credit Union)
  • The reason for your hardship
