May 10th – Dort Financial Shred Day
This year, Dort Financial is hosting one Shred Day at the Pierson Rd. and State Rd, locations on Saturday, May 10th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Members can bring their personal documents to be shredded for free, including up to four standard-sized boxes. Please be mindful of the content you bring to be shredded, and avoid any metal or plastic/photo materials.

May 17th and May 31st- Dort Financial Family Night with the Flint City AFC & Flint City Bucks
We’re thrilled to announce that Dort Financial Credit Union is hosting two Family Night events at Kettering’s Atwood Stadium on Saturday, May 17th and Saturday, May 31st.
Dort Financial Credit Union Members Get Tickets BOGO
Special pricing for Dort Financial Credit Union members is Buy One Get One Free for adult tickets. Youth ages 12 and under are free. But hurry, tickets are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis!
Free scarves for the first 200 guests at each game and you can have fun in the mega kids’ zone with bounce houses, balloon twisters, DJ and face painters. Get your Flint City AFC May 17th tickets here, and your Flint City Bucks May 31st tickets here.

June 13th – Prism Project, Free to Dream Festival
Join in the fun at this local youth talent and a business fair for the community kids. The event, June 13th 5:30-8:30pm will be held at Freedom Center Church rain or shine! Kids performances, games, activities, and business fair indoors will occur on the main stage. All other outdoor activities outdoors weather dependent. This is a free family festival with games, food trucks, bounce houses, crafts, petting zoo and more!
All proceeds to benefit the Prism Project Safehouse Project serving girls 12-17 with restorative care for human trafficking! To learn more visit here: www.prismprojectmi.org

June 13th- Hurley Bowl-a-thon
In 2025, Hurley Foundation will be hosting the 34th Bowlathon alongside friends at Colonial Lanes in Flushing. This annual event raises funds for the children and families at Hurley Children’s Hospital in Flint, which Dort Financial Credit Union is a proud supporter of.
